Weekly Meditation & Buddhist Philosophy teachings with Tenzin Gawa, Lobsang Yeshema or other Paramita Centre teachers. You are most welcome, each week will include a short time for meditation and talk about a new topic to help us to deal with stress and emotions in our daily life! The Buddha's wisdom is accessible to all of us!
