Deep Restorative with Sound

This event is all about relaxation and sound.

Andrea will guide you through restorative poses while Geneva plays her crystal singing bowls. Props will be used to provide relief to the hips back and chest. The soothing sounds will shift brain activity into a slower and more meditative state. There will be a good chunk of time at the end to hear pure sound. 

This isn't an event you want to miss! A restful summer evening. 🌙🌃‧✨🕯️
