The Art of Governance - A Guide to Strong Foundations for Board Leadership

What does good governance look like in an arts organization? Whether you're a new board member or looking to freshen up your understanding of current best practices, this session will ground you in the essential principles of effective arts governance. This foundational session has been redesigned by Michelle Yeung, Lead of the Creative Champions Network, to demystify board work and empower cultural champions with the knowledge and confidence to serve with purpose and integrity.

This first instalment of the 2025-2026 Creative Champions Network season will be held at Rivoli Toronto. Food and beverages will be provided; registration is required.
