Meal kits will be ready for pickup in the Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts Grand Atrium (SJB, Main Floor) on Thursday, October 16, between 11:45 am and 12:30 pm.
Our Baking and Pastry Arts students are pleased to offer unique Café Concept Meal Kits for sale, as part of their third-semester lab exams. In teams of two, students have created unique and specially designed menus to showcase all the skills they have acquired to date, based on a café concept of their own. Many unique, creative, and delicious meal kits are available to choose from!
Café Concept Meal Kits are an excellent value — only $29.95 plus HST — and a perfect way to support our hard-working students!

Mishti means sweet in Hindi and Bengali, and Mukbang is a Korean dining trend of sharing food. Just as the name suggests, our menu blends Indian spices and Korean flavours, with each plate representing a harmony of the two cultures, offering a unique dining experience.
We create a unique taste experience that feels both familiar and new, allowing diners to savour the charm of Chinese and Western culinary fusion.
“Sinta” is a warm and local, heartfelt café curated with unique, scratch-made dishes that embody love and togetherness through seasonal ingredients sourced from local suppliers. Sinta Café is a reflection of its community, featuring warm lighting, cushioned seating, and music to welcome all, with rotating seasonal menus throughout the year.
At Shibumi Flavours, we bring the essence of Japanese simplicity to life with balanced, harmonious dishes crafted from classic Japanese ingredients like miso, yuzu, and matcha.
It is time to celebrate the harvest and enjoy our mother nature’s “presents”. Therefore, our café will present our customers with a Canadian fall-flavour-inspired meal set.
Our café menu draws its inspiration from the Disney princess Rapunzel. In our menu, we picked different parts from the movie to represent Rapunzel’s life. We hope that each of our dishes brings our customers a rush of nostalgia.

A Persian-Chinese fusion, our concept is the Silk Road, combining flavours that people from both countries would enjoy.
