Join us for a one-hour breathwork and sound bath class in downtown Toronto, the perfect way to pause, recharge, and feel like yourself again.

In just 60 minutes, we’ll guide you out of fight-or-flight and into calm, clarity, and flow. Using science-backed breathwork techniques and the soothing sounds of crystal quartz bowls and koshi chimes, you’ll release tension, regulate your nervous system, and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply relaxed.

Everyone is welcome — all genders, all levels (including beginners).

🚪 Venue & Parking:
The entrance to the studio is at the back of the building on Grange Ave (no entry from Spadina). Green P parking is available on Grange Ave and behind the building.
