Join acclaimed author Victoria Hetherington for the Toronto launch of , a searching exploration of how technology is reshaping intimacy, identity, and connection. Blending memoir, philosophy, and reportage, Hetherington traces the rise of artificial companions and what they reveal about our lonesome modern world.
Hetherington will be in conversation with writer and cultural critic Lydia Perović, author of and Long Play on Substack. Together, they’ll examine the shifting boundaries between human and machine, and what it means for love, loneliness, and the self.
