Last couple of years the Halloween Party at the Linsmore Tavern (1298 Danforth Ave) have been without a doubt, the very best Halloween Parties we have had in the 91 year history of our bar! The band that played those two night’s were Blood Roses – The Best of 70s, 80s, new wave, punk, and pop Live! Every single person who attended these 2 EPIC parties loved Blood Roses and that is why, we are bringing them back for another Halloween Party on Friday October 31st! Blood Roses play a pile of hits, new wave, punk rock, pop and Rock hits from the 70s and 80s! This night always SELLS-OUT and brings an electric atmosphere. Do not miss this night! Formed in 2017, BLOOD ROSES are an original and cover act playing new wave, punk rock, and rock n’ roll covers. As an extension of songwriting duo, Sara Dishart and Filthy Rich, Blood Roses play popular covers from bands like The Clash, Blondie, Patti Smith, Velvet Underground, The Go-Gos, Duran Duran, Talking Heads, Devo, Echo and the Bunnymen, The Kinks, Billy Idol, David Bowie, The Cure, The Cars, Killing Joke, Joy Division, The Smiths and more. Guaranteed to get you up dancing on the floor.
