APPLE PIE CONTEST REGISTRATION - Pie drop off from 11am-1pm

On Saturday, Nov 8th, the is hosting an Apple Pie Contest to raise money for. The Pie Contest is open to anyone who would like to bake an apple pie, including new bakers, home bakers and professionals.

You will need to register to compete in the Apple Pie Contest . You can register here on Eventbrite or in person at (). There is a participation fee of $10.00 for the pie contest which will be donated to St Stephen’s Community House .

Pies must be delivered to at, between 11:00am -1:00pm sharp for judging.Late pies will not be judged. Pies will be judged on appearance, crust, filling and overall taste. Late pies will not be judged, but may be sold, and the judges’ decision is final. Judging takes place between 11-2pm. We will aim to announce the winners by 2pm, however, winners will also be notified by email in case they are not present at the event.

• FIRST PRIZE: $200
• SECOND PRIZE: $100
• THIRD PRIZE: $50
  **Prizes must be picked up within one week of the event

One slice of pie will be used for judging and the rest of the pie will be sold by the slice to raise money.

Please be advised of the following rules:

• Only apple pies will be accepted
• Only one entry per person
• Your entry must be a pie you have baked yourself
• Pies must have a rolled pastry crust. Single or double crust will be accepted
• Crumb tops are accepted
• Pies must be made from scratch. No store bought fillings or crusts
• Pies should be brought in disposable plates only. Plates will not be returned
• No raw/uncooked eggs (white or yokes). No pies requiring refrigeration will be accepted

Along with your name and contact info, a list of ingredients must accompany each pie. The recipe will not be shared.

**By entering the Apple Pie Contest, the participant gives permission for photos taken during the event to be used by the Trinity Bellwoods BIA, for social media and promotional material.
