Welcome to the first “Anything But A Skateboard” Race and Freeride!
This is something I’ve been wanting to host for a while now. People who know me are aware that I live for the craft and for skateboarding, so what better thing to do than combine the two in one!
I’ll be posting the rules in the next few days, but to give you an idea of what to expect: this will be a Race + Freeride where you can ride any inanimate object you want — as long as it’s not any kind of skateboard. So get creative! Grab some tools, slap trucks and wheels on whatever you can find, and see what you can (or want to) ride.
I want this event to be all about fun and creativity, so it doesn’t matter what your skateboarding level is — YOU ARE WELCOME TO COME! We’ll be skating at a very beginner-friendly spot, so don’t feel discouraged.
I have tools available, so feel free to hit me up here or on Instagram if you need any help setting up a “board.”
