Ashley Cain is a yoga teacher specializing in Bhakti, kirtan, pranic movement, and Ayurvedic medicine. With a deep sensitivity to energy, she intuitively assesses the needs of a group and applies practices that foster open awareness and balance. Through applied yoga psychology and movement, she creates an environment where individuals can find homeostasis in their bodies and a deeper connection to themselves.

Born on a farm in North Topeka, Ashley was raised with a profound connection to nature. This early bond with the land and gardening informs her ability to recognize and nurture the natural essence within each person, empowering them to embody their fullest expression
