July Chapter Meeting and Training Session

Join us July 17th for an impactful Chapter meeting and afternoon training session that will cover critical topics for all HR practitioners!

We start off at lunch with AI In The Workplace: Non Human Resources with Melody Rayl. Melody joins us from Fisher Phillips to talk about the benefits and risks of AI in the workplace and how it is likely to be mostbeneficial in the HR context.

Dr. Pam Foster then joins us for an afternoon training session, Ensuring Ethics Through Workplace Investigations. This presentation will address the importance of a good internal investigation, how the employer knows it is on notice to conduct an investigation, steps to take to prepare, conducting interviews, collecting documentation, report writing and dissemination.
