Head to Toe Stretch

Not so into yoga? Haven't exercised in a while? Do you want a way to just get moving a bit and start to loosen up?

Head to Toe Stretch is just the thing for you! Class begins with simple calisthenics to get the body warmed up and to build a little strength. Students are then guided through a head-to-toe stretching sequence that hits on all the major muscle groups. Students received instruction on proper alignment and muscle engagement to maximize the benefits of each stretch while avoiding overstretching injuries.
