The August C5Alive POWER Luncheon will be held Thursday August 14, 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Celtic Fox, 8th & Jackson downtown. Parking is also available in the parking garage just to the east.
Featured: Pat Yancey, Executive Director of Let's Help. He will speak about Shawnee County's Food Deserts and what Let's Help is doing to fight local hunger. They believe that "No one should go hungry in our community.” There will also be an interactive discussion time.
Free Admission -- food can be ordered from the menu if desired.
The Public is invited. We start gathering at 11:30 but if you can't be there til noon, it is fine! You can still get food, and the program starts shortly after noon.
