Namaste Spiritual Gathering presents……Sound Bath by Sreejeet & Dr Amy Zheng

A Sound Bath is a meditative experience where participants are “bathed” in sound waves produced by various instruments. These instruments may include Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, tuning forks, drums, crystal bowls and voice (chanting or toning).

Participants typically lie down or sit comfortably in a relaxed setting. A facilitator plays the instruments in a way designed to create a deeply immersive and calming auditory environment. The session may last anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour.

The purpose and benefits of Sound Baths are stress reduction, relaxation, meditation, mindfulness, enhanced sleep, improved mood, deep mental and emotional release.

$30 - Register by the weekend before.
