Fete Coordinators and Volunteers Meeting

Join us in the Glasshouse to organise all things Fete.

We welcome any help you’re able to give—big or small!

Here are just a few ways you might be able to support:

● Prepare something for a stall.
● Donate prizes for the raffles, stalls or lucky dip, or contact our Sponsorship Team for a custom
package!
● Help run a stall or activity on the day, or just volunteer for a short time.
● Lend a hand with setup or pack down.
● Share your ideas and talents—crafts, face painting, music, or anything fun!
● Try your hand at being an MC!

Whether you have an hour to spare or a whole afternoon, we’d be so grateful for your time and support. Getting involved is a lovely way to meet other families and staff, and be part of something truly joyful for the
children.
