Club Long Run - Sunday 17th August (Toowong)

Hi all! Anybody up for a run this Sunday? A lot of the major road running events have finished, but we still have Sydney and a few things coming up. I am thinking a 6am start with a simple out and back course so you have perfect flexibility on distance. Lets meet near the old shop, and get a coffee after.
