Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath Special Event!

In celebration of 13 years experience as a certified yoga instructor we’re offering a Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath special event! Join us for a very gentle and accessible to most 40 minute restorative yoga class coupled with a relaxing 50 minute sound bath.
🧘‍♂️What is Restorative? This form of yoga consist of using supports like bolsters, blocks, blankets and sometimes straps to aid you in poses. With slow transitions and mostly supine poses this practice is welcoming to anyone regardless of prior experience. I’ll give ample cues as we move through eliminating any feeling of confusion and everyone is invited to go at their own pace. Mats, bolsters, yoga blankets will be provided. Exchange is $33
