🕒 3:00 PM – Stephen Hubble presents “Antique Ammonia Bottles”
Stephen brings over 40 years of experience in the aerospace industry, having recently retired as a senior scientist from The Boeing Company’s Technical Fellowship Program. Now semi-retired and living in Gig Harbor, WA, Stephen channels his passion into antique bottles—a hobby he began in the 1970s digging bottles from creek banks in Willits, California.
With graduate degrees in Physics and Electrical Engineering from UC Berkeley, Stephen is especially known for his expertise in rare West Coast and Gold Rush era bottles. He regularly shares his knowledge through Facebook and antique bottle publications. This is a rare opportunity to learn from one of the most knowledgeable collectors in the field!
🕟 4:30 PM – David Otteson presents “History of the Otteson Mine”
A deep dive into the legacy of one of Tonopah’s most iconic turquoise mines. Come hear firsthand stories and insights from the Otteson family legacy!
