The Play:
British Touring Shakespeare, the company behind previous acclaimed performances of Much Ado About Nothing, Twelfth Night and The Merry Wives Of Windsor return to Penshurst Place with their hilarious new production of A Midsummer Night’s Dream which will utilise the company’s 25 years of experience creating inspirational and accessible theatre to deliver something truly unforgettable. Shakespeare’s timeless classic romantic comedy is a play that really needs to be seen outdoors, and there can be few better settings to enjoy it in than the stunning south lawn overlooking the Elizabethan Italian garden. Come and enjoy a magical evening of open air theatre that will delight audiences of all ages.
