A wonderful short class to introduce you to the joy of mini Bento style cakes!

What we will cover:

- How to stack / cover a mini sponge cake
- The perfect buttercream recipe for lovely smooth piping and decorating.
- How to prepare and use buttercream to cover your cake and cupcakes smoothly
- Colouring your buttercream in complimentary tones
- Use large and co-ordinating mini piping nozzles to create beautiful matching piped decorations on your cakes and cupcakes
- Using cutters and moulds for perfect decorative elements

You'll take home a beautiful box featuring a delightful themed mini cake and four matching cupcakes in your own chosen colour scheme.

All the equipment, tools and edible materials you need will be provided for you to use during the class.
