ADHD + Me - Women’s Support Group - August Meet Up

This is a monthly meet up support group for women who are either diagnosed, awaiting assessment or just questioning if they are ADHD. It is a completely inclusive space to meet others, to chat and to feel seen and heard.

The venue is at Christ Church Tonbridge, the big blue building next to Boots but I want to be very clear that this is a completely NON religious group. It is an inclusive group for all women. If for any reason you feel the venue is a barrier for you, please reach out to chat to me privately.

The support group is FREE but I will be asking for donations to cover costs (suggested donation £3 per person).
