About the event

Yoga on the Lawn

The CAC is happy to offer Summer Zen: A Gentle Flow Yoga and Mindfulness Practice, weekly throughout the summer with Erin from Rooted Oak Yoga.

Classes will run about 1-hour and incorporate flow and hatha poses, followed by a brief mindfulness practice. All Levels are welcome! Modifications for standing and chair yoga will be provided as well. Please bring your mat and a block. Some additional props will be available.

Classes are $15 and can be purchased presale or at the start of each class.
