In this 6 week series, we will be exploring the foundations of practice upon which you can build and grow. It is perfect for absolute beginners as well as anyone who wants a refresher or who is “beginning again”. January 14th-February 18th.

+ Asana (physical postures or shapes)

+ Pranayama (seated breathwork)
