Tapping into Fall

Step into the new season with a practice that will nourishe both body and mind. This special class will combine gentle yoga flows, restorative postures, mindful breathwork, and soothing tapping techniques designed to release stress and invite calm.

You’ll be guided with care through each movement, while also learning Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT tapping); simple, practical tapping methods you can use anytime to ease tension and support emotional balance. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, centered, and with tools you can carry into your daily life.

Perfect for all levels, whether you’re looking to deepen your practice, reduce stress, or simply enjoy a calming reset this season.

Susan is a 500-hour Certified Yoga Instructor, Licensed Mental Health Therapist, and Certified EFT Practitioner. She weaves together movement, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to create an integrative experience that nurtures both emotional and physical well-being.
