Using the healing vibrations of singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, and other sacred instruments, this session is designed to gently guide you into a meditative state where profound rest, clarity, and energetic release can unfold.
As you rest comfortably in stillness, the layers of sound will wash over you—balancing your nervous system, calming your mind, and creating space for insight, peace, and healing. Each frequency and tone is carefully selected to support the body’s natural rhythms and align the energy centers.

No movement is required—just come as you are, lie back, and allow the soundscape to carry you on a journey inward.
