Feel Better Challenge

We are looking for 10 people ages 40+ who want to reduce pain in their body, gain mobility and flexibility, and just feel better!

Enjoy fun and challenging workouts that are designed to make your feel better over all. Loosen up tight muscles, and gain flexibility and strength. All in a supportive and encouraging environment.

This six week fitness challenge will meet Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6pm to 7pm, beginning August 4th. It will also include supporting activities that can be completed outside of the studio, to help each participant build routines and habits they can take with them when the course is over.
