About the event

Strength & Stretch

Strength exercises that utilize dumbbells and resistance bands will be combined with stretches to help facilitate posture, flexibilty
and range of motion.
Class meets Mondays at 12 pm.
Free for authorized patrons. Must present Military ID card or CAC to participate.
