Deep Rest: A Winter Solstice Practice

Join Hilary for a restorative yoga practice designed to help you align with the energies of the solstice. During this dark time of the year, nature urges us to slow down, rest, and reflect. Through a gentle yoga practice followed by a solstice-themed meditation, participants will have the opportunity to do just that. Reiki, sound, candlelight, and essential oils will be used to enhance the experience.
