Join us for a fun, relaxed evening of beer and tango in downtown Toledo at The Switchboard.
We are bringing Argentine tango dancing back to downtown Toledo with our monthly milonga (Argentine tango dance party). Bring comfortable shoes suitable for dancing outdoors on mats over a paved surface that allow you to pivot. The host will bring dance mats for the dance space to help us be able to pivot better.
We plan to be dancing outdoors in the open air patio out back, and will bring dance mats so we can pivot. If it rains then we will move the dancing indoors. The host will bring some dance mats to help us be able to pivot better on the dance floor.

Music: Mostly Traditional Golden Age tangos from 1935-1955 along with a few modern tango artists. Tango music will be played in 3 song tandas (sets) for dancing. The DJ will also play other types of dance music such as salsa, bachata, swing, etc. for dancing between sets of tango music.
Cost: If you come to dance we will have an honor system jar and are out asking $10 to support guest instructors, DJs, and organizers. If you just come to hang out and watch there is no charge. Nobody will be turned away for lack of funds.
