Join The Collective for Neo Flow, a 4-part yoga series led by Jada Elease of Body & Sol Yoga Studio. This vibe-heavy, neo soul-themed flow is designed to help you ground, breathe, and reconnect—with yourself and community.
✨ Session 1 is FREE
📍 Sunday, July 13 | 1PM–2PM
🌿 Lawn of the Collingwood Arts Center (2413 Collingwood Blvd)
In case of rain, we’ll move indoors.

The journey continues every Sunday at 1PM at the same location.
💰 Sessions 2–4: $10 each

🎁 Join 3 or more sessions and receive a free yoga mat + water bottle at the final class!

All levels welcome. Come flow with us to the sounds of neo soul and positive energy. ✨
