Kids + Parent YOGA w/ Sprouts Studios 419

Join Lynn from Sprout Studios 419 here at Copper River Wellness and enjoy a fun filled morning of Yoga & Stories.

Where yoga meets creativity, learning is always fun! Together with their parents, kids will enjoy a story and then enjoy a kid-friendly yoga class that fosters focus and mindfulness.

Perfect for ages 3-6

Limited to 6 families
When you sign-up, please include your child's name so we can properly welcome them to class.

What to Bring:
A yoga mat (we do have some in the studio as well, but if you have one, please bring one to ensure everyone has a mat to enjoy class.)

Wear comfy clothes
