Introduction to Paddling at Cullen Park

Do you enjoy spending time at Cullen and Bay View Parks? Want to see these incredible resources in a different light? We're excited to announce that Toledo City Parks are partnering with Ottawa NWR for an Introduction to Paddling program! Join paddling instructors from Ottawa NWR at the Cullen Park kayak launch for an opportunity to try out kayaking. All equipment will be provided and instructors will be onsite to teach and guide you in trying out the sport and getting comfortable on the water. This is a FREE drop-in program open to all ages (but must be able to paddle on their own). Sunscreen, water, hat, sunglasses, and a towel are recommended. Event is subject to change due to weather.
