Feminist Cardio Drumming POP-UP @ Sofia Quintero

Fun, high-energy workout that can be modified for all fitness levels! Come enjoy moving your body, building community, and discovering some pretty awesome feminist music! We use balance balls, buckets, and drumsticks to bang out our rage, build strength, endurance, resilience, and have some good laughs. All equipment provided! Just show up ready to move your body!

Spots limited to 20 so tickets required! $10 each. Under 18 is permitted, but parent must be present and sign waiver for children attending. NOTE: The music is NOT edited. Teens are generally okay, but please note intended audience is adults.
