Join us for a creative and reflective workshop focused on self-care through art. You’ll create a personalized accordion journal filled with reminders, affirmations, and inspirations—using multi-media supplies like magazines, fabric, scrapbook paper, and more.

This is your space to pause, express, and reconnect with yourself. No art experience needed—just an open heart.
