Enjoy a relaxing soundbath, this is a lovely relaxing experience where you’ll be immersed in the soothing vibrations of chakra crystal singing bowls, Tibetan healing bowls, and other healing instruments ✨✨✨The vibrations and crystal frequencies and sounds will relax your body, reducing stress and anxieties, promoting healing and aligning your chakra's.

You are welcome to be seated if this is more comfortable or you can lay in the immersive experience.
What to bring - just bring yourself, a yoga mat if you have one and a blanket or two. You may wish to bring an eye mask, meditation pillow, fluffy socks or anything else that will help you to relax
