💃 Ecstatic Dance Yoga – Lucy's rules, just move how you feel! Get those hips moving and let the music guide you into freedom, playfulness, and connect with your inner child.
🎶 Unique tunes hand picked by Lucy for a one-of-a-kind celebration
🥗 Bring a Buffet – we’ll create a table where we ask everyone to bring something to share later in the night, once we have dance yoga-ed up an appetite.
🌿 Good Vibes - Yoga, dancing, laughing, chatting and celebrating positivity together.
Everyone is welcome, clients old and new, sound bath, retreat or corporate clients ❤️❤️
🎟All we ask is that you pay a £5 deposit, so we can keep an eye on numbers for the party ❤️
