🌀 Welcome Circle – A warm space to arrive, connect, and ease into the energy of the day. Together, we’ll explore the theme of colour and share a gentle introduction to mandalas—their meaning, symbolism, and role within our circle.
💪 Morning Pilates with Debbie – Start your day with an energising Pilates session designed to awaken the body and centre the mind. With the support of the small Pilates ball, Debbie will guide you through mindful movements that deepen core strength, improve posture, and enhance balance. This practice will help you build focus, fluidity, and a strong foundation for the day ahead.

🧘♀️ Afternoon Yoga with Caireen – Chakra Meditation & Mandala Yoga Flow
Begin with a gentle chakra meditation, a mindful practice that brings awareness to the body’s energy centres. This grounding introduction offers a deeper understanding of the seven chakras and their significance in physical, emotional, and energetic balance.
From stillness, we move into a Mandala Yoga Flow—a creative, circular sequence inspired by the sacred symmetry of mandalas. This flowing, 360° practice takes you around the mat, weaving movement and breath together in a meditative dance.
Guided by the energy of each chakra, this experience will leave you feeling balanced, harmonised with the season, refreshed, and deeply grounded.
At the end of our retreat day, you’re welcome to leave feeling rested, reset, and restored — or, if you’re feeling adventurous, why not take a refreshing sea dip in the beautiful North Sea? 🌊
You’re also more than welcome to enjoy a dip during the lunch break — just bring along your swimwear and towel!
