Through playful mindfulness games, creative activities, and guided reflection, children will learn to become more aware, happy, and kind to themselves and to others.
· Notice and appreciate small joys and positive moments in everyday life.
· Learn simple mindfulness strategies to calm the mind and focus attention.
· Practice expressing gratitude and kindness to themselves and others.
