What is Access Bars?

Access Bars® is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing technique that involves lightly touching 32 specific points on the head. These points correspond to different areas of life — such as money, control, creativity, joy, sadness, healing, and relationships — and store the electromagnetic charge of thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and patterns we’ve accumulated over time.

When these points are activated, it’s like pressing the “delete” button on mental clutter — helping to release stored limitations, reduce stress, and clear emotional blockages. Many people report feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, clearer, and more open after a session.
