We are so excited to be launching our newest activity, Tai Chi QiGong at @Exe Valley Leisure Centre on Thursday 20 February.

We will be hosting a FREE taster session on 6 February 2025 for anyone over 50 who would like to try Tai Chi QiGong before the official launch.
