Class description:

A gentle yet powerful journey for the mind, body and soul.

  • You will be guided through a holy fire reiki meditation for relaxation
  • Ending with Pranayama Active Breathwork and drumming to reset our nervous system.

What To Expect:

  • Grounding into the body
  • Nervous system recharge
  • Deep Release of old energy that your body may be holding
  • Connect with self through breathwork
  • Align and release with Sound Frequency Healing
