Sunrise Yoga at Camelford Leisure Centre

Sunrise Yoga - Mondays at The Studio, Camelford Leisure Centre, PL32 9UE - 7.15am to 7.45am

30 minute flow class to ease you into your day! This class is for those who have some experience of yoga, using flowing sequences with a slightly more dynamic approach to the practise. Gentle strength vinyasa style of class with flowing hatha – energising and uplifting bringing a little heat to the body as we move in and out of the flowing sequences. Each class has a theme that interweaves and connects throughout the class. This class will help you build strength, stamina and flexibility through the physical practice, and bringing you a feeling of calm and peacefulness – transforming your wellbeing.

£7.00 drop in / £36.00 for 6 consecutive classes
