Be More Ben is delighted to be joining forces once again with Alicia Ray Wellbeing at Rich Lacey Wave Retreat to offer child bereaved parents the opportunity to join us at St Nectan's Glen in Cornwall for a 2-night, 3-day immersive Yoga and Wellbeing retreat.
Spaces are limited and priority will be given to parents who have not joined us on retreat before.
Twice daily yoga, meditation, coastal walks, sea swimming, cold water immersions, breath work plus loads of extras including amazing food, peace and quiet and a break from everyday life...
The retreat will give you wellness tools and techniques to bring home with you and support your mental health and wellbeing going forward.
