Evening Wind Down / Stretch Class at Camelford Leisure Centre

Evening Yoga - Wind Down/Stretch Class - Tuesdays at The Studio, Camelford Leisure Centre, PL32 9UE - 6.45pm to 7.15pm

This class is for those who are looking for a slower paced/gentle stretch class, perfect if you’re looking to wind down in the evening or post workout. Gentle flow with a little yin yoga interwoven where you work with deeply stretching the connective tissues of your body (fascia) aiding with flexibility and helping with relaxation and mindfulness.

£7.00 drop in / £36.00 for 6 consecutive classes
