Billion Star Dining was awarded as one of the world's 100 greatest places by TIME magazine and uniquely combines our 6 course chefs tasting experience and stargazing in the Pukaki Observatory.

Chef Tasting Experience is a 6-course refined dining culinary experience , a culinary journey inspired by the breath-taking beauty of the Mackenzie Region, Te Manahuna. Our multi-course, seasonal tasting menu is designed to showcase local produce and delicious flavours.

Royal High Tea is an immersive experience with exquisite pastries prepared by our pastry chef and delicious tea, served in a luxury setting with beautiful views. This experience includes a complimentary glass of sparkling wine.

Lunch at The Moraine is simply delicious with the tastes of nature forming the basis of the daily menu.

Private celebrations are also catered for.
