Mindfulness for Trauma - week session

You are warmly invited to join our 4 week Mindfulness for Trauma series.
A safe and gentle space to breathe, move, journal, and simply be. Together, we’ll release stored tension, find grounding, and nurture the heart through mindful practices and connection.
Sessions are 2 hour on Saturday mornings starting in 2026 at Indigo Lounge, for 4 weeks.
$119 +HST for the full series
