About Bahar:
Bahar is a wife, mother, and herbalist living in the beautiful North Georgia Mountains. She was born and raised in Tehran, Iran, where she grew up surrounded by gardens, plants, and elders who nurtured a deep connection to the land. From a young age, she was immersed in the principles of Persian Traditional Medicine, learning to see health and healing through the lens of nature’s rhythms and the body’s inner balance. Her work is rooted in the ancient understanding that everything is interconnected — from the herbs we sip to the stars above. She blends Persian ancestral wisdom with Elemental herbalism to help others remember their connection to the natural world. It’s her joy to guide others in exploring the healing power of plants and to hold space for meaningful transformation through nature.
