The holidays can be an especially difficult time for those of us who are grieving, healing, or recovering from traumatic experiences. It’s easy to feel alone-but please know you are not. I invite you to join me for a comfortable and uplifting gathering as I introduce my new companion guidebook, How Do I Make It to the NEXT Day, aimed to provide practical tools and actionable steps for emotional self care. This open house is a space to breathe and remember that none of us has to walk our journey in silence.
