Between the Lines - Community Reads - Kala

Our November read is Kala, by Colin Walsh!

Helen, Joe, and Mush were once part of an inseparable group of six teens led by the wild and magnetic Kala Lanann—until Kala vanished in the summer of 2003. Years later, her remains are discovered in the woods, reopening old wounds in their small town. As Helen returns for her father’s wedding, Joe comes home to dry out, and Mush remains stuck in the past, two more girls go missing. The friends must finally face the secrets of that summer to stop history from repeating itself.
