Better Living Through Bitters: Booze, Belly, and Botanical Magic

Before cocktails were fancy and full of nonsense, they were medicine. Tonic water? That’s quinine. Bitters? A digestive remedy. Syrups? Herbal extracts with a sweet disguise. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll explore the medicinal roots of cocktail culture and why your gut actually needs bitter flavors to function properly—especially if you’re dealing with reflux, GERD, or slow digestion.

You’ll learn how bitters support digestion, calm the stomach, and bring your belly back online. Then we’ll make two blends together: one cocktail bitters and one digestive bitters. You’ll take both home, along with recipes so you can keep the bitter magic going in your kitchen or home bar.
